The first non-Saudi in the establishment is always 800 SAR/year. When adding the 2nd non-Saudi, the fee will depend on whether there is a Saudi or not in the establishment already (the owner not included): If there is 1 Saudi, the fee will be 700 SAR per year. If there is no Saudi employee, the fee will be 800 SAR per year.
How long will it take to transfer to Qiwa?
After the transfer request is approved and finalized on Qiwa, you, as the new employer, should take action from the Ministry of Interior (NIC) through the Absher or Muqeem platforms within 14 days for the transfer to be completed.
What happens if I terminate my contract in Qiwa?
After you terminate your contract, it will go through the termination process. and the employer will be notified. If you terminate your contract with the end date of the notice period, your contract will be terminated after the notice period is over.
